[98 12 4x4]

I am having a problem with my 98 12 valve auto I have went through 2 pcms and the same thing I went through all the wires and fuseabule links key switch cluster grounds and everything I am currently driving it with a dead cluster with no wts the only thing I have is some warning lights and no gages they only move a little when I turn the key ahead and I have to tie up the shutdown switch or it will die when I let go of the key and it stays in 3rd gear unless I hand shift it I have a lock up switch that helps a little bit and it doesn’t change it was running fine and then I shut it off then a few hours later I got back in and then this so if I can get some help on deleteing the pcm it will be greatly appreciated
