My friend has a '94 3/4 4WD 12v with a #4 fuel plate, 90hp injectors and a closed wastegate. I run a #100 fuel plate and closed wastegate and mine is a '96 dually with a really heavy WesternHauler bed. But my truck is faster! My turbo kicks in earlyer and I can pull to 3000rpm. My friends 94 will only go to 2800rpm but after 2600rpm there is no boost enymore. Mine has alot of boost till 2900 rpm.

Why is there so much diffrence?

2250 stock govener springs...
put a 3 or 4k GSK in the 94 and see what happens.

the 215 pump outta your 96 comes with 181 DV's it'll flow way more fuel than the '94 w/ 131's.

if the timing is stock on both trucks, the timing is more advanced on the 96



you both have blocked wastegates... How much boost do you both push. My 94 will make way more than 40lbs, ive never actually kept in it in 5th but at about 3/4 throttle it makes 40lbs

also the numbers are different on almost all yr 12 valves
