Anyone had issues running 9005 65 watt bulbs in the stock fog light housings?

Stock bulbs are 42 W H10/9145.

Any issues with wiring or melting the housing?

Not at all. Had to trim a little on the bulb to make them seal correctly. I'm running 9005 sylvania ZXE BULBS. World of difference!!!

9005 Ultras in mine. No problems, huge improvement.

Guess I need to edit my sig. Was running HID's in the fogs, but frankly, they had too much beam scatter and I was tired of people flashing me.

I will throw some silver star ultras in mine. Might try the piaas in my high beams to compare
