Thanks a lot! is this the lift pump from the p pump? does it mount right up where the stock rotary lift pump goes for the ve? thanks a lot for your help!

No it's not the same a s the P-Pump LP that one puts way to much fuel pressure out and you'll blow the front seal out of your IP if you was to use one.

The HVLP is a low pressure LP.

Here's another vendor. Might be cheaper on freight since he's in Canada.

Definitely get the HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) pump. Diaphragm pumps are a thing of the past and just a point of failure that can dilute your oil. The metal spacer that came with mine I had to Dremel out a little as the bolt holes were just a bit off. If your bolts don't thread in or you can't get one started check the adapter.

370,000 miles with the stock type pump and never had a failure, where it put fuel in the oil. all my failures were the valves in the pump. Three pumps in that number of miles. One a genos which i didn't see much difference between it and NAPA besides the price.. Now if your those guys that want big power then, well I'm not one of them I want a reliable pickup. Everything old needs care just how you go about it. Good luck
