I have an 03 Cummmins, with a bully dog (120 extra horse), exhaust & its gone thru 6 transmissions since ive had it. they've all been rebuilds other than my new one ive only had it for about a week & im kinda scared to go to TS Diesel Preformance show this weekend because i dont want to get stuck down in Bowling Green KY with nobody to pull me home. Does anybody have any idea why i keep blowing the tranny like that? Truck has 98,3xx miles on it & i bought it for my 16 birthday with 92,xxx miles. Please help...

Yeah no kiddding. He's Harry Hawkings at The Transmission Warehouse. He's been doing it for about 60 years & eveyone thinks hes good. Untill i show up there then hes loosing customers because of me now. (NINERQB8) Do you know Jake Johnson by any chance? He lives in Colorado Springs & your one of the only people on here that ive seen from there.

Yeah i drive the same way (Al5608) did when he was my age but theres still no reason for it to go out like that. First two times it was the torque converter, after that the guy wouldnt tell me what it was. I do not have anymore money to put into my truck for another 7 months (tobacco Check) after that i was thinking of a suncoast stage 6. Thats what my buddy is running in his 1200+ hp cummins & he doesnt seem to have a problem with it. My truck is a daily driven/ reamed truck, how many miles should i put on it for it to be "broken in" in the past week ive put close to 1,000 miles on it. It seems to be holding up now but i really doubt its going to be much better than all the rest. I spent all my money on my yfz & now thats the reason i cant buy a nicer tranny or i would (dumb move) as soon as i get it sold i should take that money & buy a better tranny but i have no idea what i can get for $3000-$4000 that would hold my chip & maybe a smarty. Any info would be greatly appriciated, just not the trash talk (SLVRbullet)
