Anyone figured out how to get this to work? I've been messing around with it and no luck. Maybe someone else has an idea.

As far as i know people have not been able to get one to work. Have you tried adding a small resistor in line? Other then that i really have no suggestions. Let us know what you have tried.

My buddy has an 05 that he made one for. He tried doing it the same way and nothing happened, no smoke or cel. What would the resistor do?

It would make the computer think its at 99% boost instead of 100%. Or something close to that. I heard the new computers wont dump the fuel @ 100%, instead it thinks things are wrong. There is a big smoke switch thread on the forums here, but not in the 6.7 section. If i get time i will look it up.
