wondering what is the max psi the sensor can read, on my black maxx all i have seen is 37 psi, seems like it will hit 37 fast and just flat line at 37, my question is will the sensor read higer than that, or is that just all the boost im making?
Im going to get a separate gauge to hook up and check it here in the future.

37 is about max for a stock turbo, the map sensor goes to 40psi, so that's all the maxx will ever read on the high end.

Not all sensors go to 40psi. I've seen some that don't go over 36, an some that go to 43, they are all different.
