OK so I wanna help you guys help me. You delete all this stuff but what do you do to keep the throttle valve from wanting to close to create vaccum when the ECM wants EGR flow? Something is causing the VGT smart module to get too hot.
The code I get consistently is P245A - which has to do with the EGR cooler.
Every now and then I get the exhaust differential pressure code - can't remember it off the top of my head. But those are the only two I've seen in 4 months of running the deletes.
Also, if I don't let the Edge clear codes, I'll get EGR Position sensor and DPF differential pressure immediately. If I don't stop the truck, and let the Edge clear the codes, I'll get the overhead message saying to see dealer now.
