5th Gen motor swap

Hey y’all I need some help I’ve got an 08 6.7 and recently had some issues hole in #6 piston plan on rebuilding but until I get the time to do it right I have a buddy with a wrecked 21 10k miles on the motor and I can get it cheap cheap it’s already been fully deleted what would it take to do this swap
