You realize by the time you buy the rest of the piping, the brackets, the downpipe, and the clamps it is probably cheaper to buy a kit. But yes it would work if you want to deal with fabbing up the rest of it and finding the rest of the needed parts.

lol that's just a tail pipe, better off buying mbrp turbo back for 450

Looks good to me 99coalroller24V.
All the downpipes I've seen for a 5" exhaust are 4" dia. then expanded to 5" at the end.
A 4" to 5" adapter + around 8ft (I didn't measure it) of straight 5" exhaust pipe would make an economical alternative if you don't want a muffler imo.

I already have 5" pipe running to a stack, I don't want that stack. I just need a tailpipe.

You could always run a side pipe. Won't have to get as much piping

I dont trust anything that says "universal" The p.o of my truck got the 5in exhaust done at a big rig shop for 230.00

The one shown is 2 piece so they can be clocked into the desired position.

Yes I have existing pipe already. I can also weld more pipe on if my pipe from the downpipe needs to be longer. I could probably make my own brackets to. Have the clamps at my work.
