the frame is the same you can use a divorced t case but why there easy to find and while you are redoing the truck just get a 4x4 tranny that way you know everything is good to go I have done it it's not easy but yet not really hard either

Getrag parts are hard enough to find. I wouldn't bother. Just go divorced and do the conversion in a couple of weekends.

then would be be a good time to convert to a nv4500? i will proally start finding parts a buying/rebuilding them, and then when they are all ready, i will make a weekend out of the conversion with a friend or two. thats sort of why i was looking for a shopping list.
