No. If you bothered to look at 4th gen and you'd see why - the cab is literally a foot longer.
Really? So a crew 4th Gen is like a 3rd Gen Mega Cab? I though they were the same length. Can someone confirm that? The specs on dodge says the 06 mega cab and 2014 mega cab are the same. Quad cab is 10” longer though. I’m interested in a mega cab swap

I was thinking of 3rd gen quad vs 4th gen crew. I do not know the answer on your mega cab question.

The Mega Cabs are within a 1/2” difference on wheelbase and overall length. I was thinking the 1/2” could be different suspension geometry/type and length could be just body styling adding the 1/2”. Just want to know if the frame holes are the same

You may have to stop by a dealer and measure? The 4.5 gens are the same cab as the 4th gens

Can go to rambodybuilder site and compare frame diagrams.
year.pdf (rambodybuilder.com)
then your going to have to modify all the electronic modules/switches/cluster etc from 3rd gen to physically fit in 4th gen body
Doable but a lot of labor involved.

Imagine that I had a complete 4th Gen mega cab without a frame. I would only be worried about not having to fabricate/mod the frame or body.
