Im Looking into ordering an exhaust, and was debating between The AFE 4in or the Flo Pro 5in, i have an AFE Stage 2 intake and a H&S XRT Tuner, I was curious on the Flo-Pro what do you do with all the sensors?, i noticed it is not tapped for them like the AFE is....

Well I'm pretty new to all this but from what I've read you won't need the sensors since you already have a tuner, so you can just unplug them and throw them in the same pile as the DPF...

You don't need the sensors when running the XRT. You can run a full TBE with no sensors. Just cover and tape up the connectors. I have the 5 in exhaust and am very happy with it. Also am running the AFE Stage II dry filter, XRT and Edge Insight CS(guages). Very happy with my combo. Good luck to ya. Delete that EGR while you are at it!

I've got the 5" Flo Pro turbo back system with their muffler (if you could call it that, more like a resonator or a cherry bomb ) on my 5.9 and I really like it, nice low mellow tone, no drone. Fit was perfect, went in really fast, no problems, they have GREAT custom fit band clamps too.

Disconnect all the sensors in the factory exhaust from the wire harness under the truck and keep all the sensors in your stock system in case you need to reinstall it down the road. Weather proof the wire harness connections on the truck and tie wrap them out of the way ( i tie wrapped mine up on top of the transfer case) its clean and out of the way and you cant see it. I have the 5 in flo-pro TBE and I love it. Nice tone out the pipe and not to bad in the cab. A little drone around 1500 rpms in the cab if you dont have a muffler.

If it's what I'm thinking of -- those aren't fuel lines. Those are pressure (vacuum) lines to measure how much resistance is in the DPF. Unplug those where they meet at the harness up by the transmission. I couldn't get in there to unplug them so I just cut the hose. They have hose as a conduit between the lines and the plugs up by the transmission.

Like turner_6104 says -- just leave them open to the atmosphere. Everything else (all the electrical sensor connectors) wrap up and tape off so dirt / moisture doesn't get in them.

From the H&S Support Faq:

Q: I'm installing a DPF Delete kit. Do I need to remove the pressure sensor lines that are attached to the side of the transmission?
A: Yes, you need to remove the pressure hard lines. Follow them up to the sensor and disconnect them there. Leave the sensor OPEN, there is no need to plug the ports with anything.
