A guy named Jesse Salas around austin tx usually has all of the parts you need. He is on facebook market place with tons of parts for all years of these trucks. He even has interior parts, only thing i would advise you on doing different than what i did is, call driveshaft specialist in texas and get a custom one piece rear driveshaft ( i bought mine after i had the two piece cut. Also cant see if you have a 4x4 but just swap the female spline out in your transfer case, its not that hard and you can check the other bearings. The punch out that is in the floor board cut it about 1/4-3/8” of an inch wider than its stamped. I didnt and got to use tin snips to clear the shift tower(mutalated 3 fingers). If you have any questions dont be afraid to reach out.

I went nv5600 from 48re, the output shaft spline count on a 48 is different from a nv shaft. So if you want to keep your original transfer case then you have to swap out female slip joints in the transfer case. On the app module, i didnt do anything near that just stripped the harness down that went to the 48re, found the Neutral Safety switch wire, grounded it out and found the reverse lights and plugged them into the NV reverse switch. Then had my smarty mm3 programmer send me a manual flash for the ecm and it fired right up.
