Yes i've googled, and searched everywhere and can't seem to find anybody that has experienced this issue.

Just did the G56 swap on my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab 5.9, everything was swapped correctly without any issues. Wired up the clutch safety switch properly because when I try and turn the truck over it makes one click when the clutch pedal is pressed in, and when it isn't pressed there is no click or anything.

I was getting a code P0513 (invalid skim key) but that isn't the case, i just had a locksmith out here today to reprogram the truck and turns out the key was still programmed correctly. He was saying that it could be a bad BCM, but since the '06 2500's don't have BCM's from what I've gathered on other forums, I have no idea what to do next.

When i turn the truck on, the radio thinks it's in reverse regardless of whether or not I press the clutch pedal in. I'm wondering if the ECM thinks the truck is still in reverse and that's why it wont even consider cranking the starter. If i have it towed to the stealership and they flash the ecm to a manual, will that fix the issue with the no crank? I've read where people can still drive the truck without flashing the ecm but it just shows the PRNDL and throws codes relating to the transmission.

If anyone can please help asap I would appreciate it very much, I need to get this thing running since it's my daily and my wife is getting tired of me driving her car all the time lol

Should read follow
A reputable tuner using ie Smarty/EFI live should be able to flash ECM for manual, I would not trust stealership.

In emergency ECM/TCM monitors for park/neutral position to start/run truck.
If still have auto wiring can try and take trs sensor and either wire tie switch in neutral position which should show 108.6 ohms at TRS MUX And 5volt supply pins or find resistors solder on to those wires to trick ECM.

Hopefully you had batteries disconnected while swap was done or could of bricked SKIM/ECM
Try disconnect batteries reset network?
check fuses ?

P0513-SKIM INVALID KEY ERROR
For a complete wiring diagram Refer to Section 8W.
² When Monitored:
Key on
² Set Condition:
Invalid Key Code received from SKIM Module
Possible Causes
GENERAL NETWORK ERROR
KEY NOT PROGRAMMED
INCORRECT KEY
INCORRECT VIN IN ECM OR SKIM
LOSSS OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN ECM AND SKIM
