Here ya go bud, i'll give ya the run down. First things first. Look on top of the transfer case. Well actually feel up there. There's gonna be 4 vacuum lines that run into it. Take the plug off the switch and make sure that you've got vac. if you dont try finding the vac leak from it. If you do have vac from it. trace the red and black vac lines down to the 4x4 vac actuator on the CAD. its real easy to find. its got a a little mini skid plate on it. If there is vacuum present in 2wd there, switch it over to 4wd and the vac should change. If you dont have any vac there start checking for vac leaks or buy a new switch from quad4x4.com. I ended up going with the posi-loc on the front axle because i can control it in the cab, i now have all the gear ranges as regular but i also have 2 lo which is heaven for backing a trailer. if you need any more help bud pm me and i'll give you my cell number to call me and i can walk you through everything
