ok im looking at exhaust and im just gonna put the adrenaline on my truck im not looking at heavily modding would a 4'' kit be better than a 5'' ? i heard it would

Either one will be fine. The 5" will not be too big if that's what you're asking. It will be fine.

I disagree. I think the 4" might make a little more sense if you aren't going for SERIOUS power. The 5" won't hurt, except in the wallet, but it will be kind of tight to fit. Especially where the downpipe passes between the bellhousing and framerail. My 4" rubs the spare regularly also.

Of course if you get bit by the bug and go over about 350 hp, you may regret not going 5". And the 5", I must admit, sounds mighty mean!

they both will be fine i personally lik 5", but depends if wanna spend extra money the 5" is deeper, and wont hurt to have it, will lower egs a little more more when on level 10 of adrenaline lol
