4" or 5" TBE?

I've finally decided to get a DPF delete kit! :woot: Should i get 4" or 5"? I plan on getting the Edge J/A too. The 4" system from PDI is $350 cheaper so that is tempting. But almost everybody is getting 5" and they all say its sounds awesome. What u guys think? Also, is the PDI fooler box code free yet?

BADP 5" for cooler EGTs.
havent heard a 6.7 with 5" yet, but i know my buddies 03 5.9 with 5" TBE sounded great, real deep and loud sound.
BADP costs more, i think i wanna go with the PDI system. Any complaints?
I have been told there is a 25hp'ish loss when going to the 5" system

anyone want to chim in on weither this is a visious rumor or not

I don't have a 6.7 but I know you get what you pay for. The BADP service is 2nd to none! They are great people and will help you out in any way.
i have straight 4" into 6" tip right now however i'm doing straight 5" into 7" stacks, i want loud and if you want loud too i would get 5". 4" isn't cutting it anymore.
but 4'' is so much cheaper.... Say, u dont have to remove the damn tranny cross member do u, when u install it?

Heh,Heh,heh...you are quite correct...it is replaced with a lot more in hp gain and "responsiveness".

Yes, But when feel the power you wont mind having to remove it for a little while. :beer :beer :beer

i just looked at my truck and it looks like theres plenty a room to do it...
i did the 4" and really wish i had gone with the 5". To the point that i am thinking of buying a 5" system, welding in the bungs and using my fooler box.

I only droped the one side of the cross member and the down pipe came out but it will NOT without taking down that side.
oh that sux, maybe i will invest in a 5" system then ay
Dr. Performance is releasing a DPF delete kit in the near future and it will be code free.
I have the 5" TBE to dual 4" and love the sound. It only came with a muffler so it's not too loud, but it's got a good growl to it.
I am going to be getting a 4" i dont see the need to make so much noise. I attract enough attention already dont need any more.
