Over on the TDR there is a good 3rd gen injector install procedure that was written by "sag2" which includes pictures of most steps. I found it extremely useful when doing my injectors. I have taken sag2's procedure and combined it with the instructions supplied by DDP with my injectors, and put it all in a pdf document so that it is easy to download and print off. Enjoy :D

Good one Jeff. The extra stuff you added makes it a lot better than the last one I saw. Should make an injector swap easy for anyone.:thumbsup

Question about one of the last steps... When you're tightening the fuel lines to the injector tube and holding back with an open end wrench, how do you determine 18lb/ft. of torque when you can't use a torque wrench???

Crows foot wrench. Get a set from sears in standard and metric. They are lifesavers in more than a few situations.

So you use the torque wrench on the end of the crow's feet?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, just want to make sure this is the correct way...:wow:

Yeah, I have tubing wrench crow foots for my 3/8" ratchet and torque wrench. Some places are really tight, but I got them all that way.
