Yeah im kinda just thinking of it right now...my boss bought two sets of 37's and he liked the looks of the other tires better so he will give me these one's that are practically new for 60 a tire... but then ill have to buy rims but was planning on it anyways.
The brand of tire will make a difference as well. A Toyo 37" is a true 37", where as a BF Goodrich 37" is actually 36.3". Not a huge difference in overall size, but will make big difference in fitment.

A Toyo doesn't actually measure out to a true 37" either. The over all diameter of a tire will also grossly depend on the width of rim on which it is mounted. The big difference between a Toyo and a BFG will be the width as the 37" BFG is only 12.5" and the Toyo is 13.5" wide...the BFG also and has a much smaller tread width. As previously mentioned rim width and backspacing is the most critical with low lift heights and large tires on a Dodge truck...

:bdh: What ever.

The point is there is a difference in the height of a 37" tall tire depending on the manufacturer.
