Goal-800, mods bbi stage 2 injectors, fleece cp3k-will upgrade to 10mm exergy, studs, springs, pushrods, fass150, firepunk, 63/68/12 AGP, hptuners.

Is this a direct drop in replacement for a third gen not second gen? https://www.xtremediesel.com/bd-power-1045176-iron-horn-s366sxe80-091ar-turbo-kit

If so, it comes in sxe S366/80/.91 or 1.00, sxe s369/80/.91/1.00/1.1 which of those setups would be best? Not my daily, doesn’t tow hardly ever. Also looking at a stainless diesel s467

I’d toss a 476/96/1.32 under it and let it eat. Probably spend $1500 more but would be an awesome setup and drive great. If you really wanna cheap out (might take a few years but you’ll probably wish you went twins) I’d do 66/73/.83 dual gated T4 off a 2nd gen manifold. Either route, I hope you have a stout transmission, head studs, springs, and pushrods.

Would not recommend the 73/80mm turbine with a .91 housing and definitely not 1.00. There are too many turbos with tighter hot sides than 73/.91 that are hitting high hp and you’re going to sacrifice response if you do it.

Yes I have all the supporting mods needed. Looking at a stainless diesel 2nd gen swap, would the s463 or s465 be enough for 800 or would I need the 467. Or as you mentioned should I get the manifold and piping kit and throw a different turbo on it that you might recommend?

If your dead set on a single I’d go s369 2nd gen swapped

Ok I’m gonna go with the 467 more than likely unless you guys think the 369 is the better choice. If I go 467, is there any big benefit to spending 500$ more on a billet 5 wheel or will the regular wheel be fine?

Depends which 467 you are talking about. Link it up. I thought they all had FMW's.
