OK, wheels and tires are on! Props to the fellas at Heisley Tire in Mentor, Ohio for doing a great job Road Force and Match balancing them. No vibrations at 80mph!
Overall, very happy with them. I think it gives the truck just the right level of attitude adjustment and the wheels have a cool look to them. The stance is much more aggressive but not overdone IMO. The tries whine a little but nothing excessive.
Only issue was slight rub on drivers side rear front wheel well on that nub that all RAMs have (see next post for pic). As someone else did, I used a heat gun to soften that rubber and pushed it in to take away the corner and now, no rubbing anywhere. This is stock suspension with 34.6" tires on 20" rims. No control arm rubbing either. Suspension work not required but I'll probably add a 2" level, track bar (Carli) and 1" lift block in the Spring along with a Steering stabilizer/brace and some Fox shocks. BakFlip cover (X4) on its way as we speak.
Here's some after shots. While I was waiting for the wheels and tires to be mounted/balanced I also added some ICI Magnum Steps. Had these on my 2500 and like them. They were much more difficult to install this time around than I remember but I took the OEM steps off my 2500 which helped with having some mounting hardware present to begin with. Didn't have that this time.
Lemme know what you think.
