Dodge HD 30" LED Light Bar Package

Im thinking about buying this. Anyone have any reviews on it? It seems cheaper than everything else. Is it junk? Anyone have pictures of it on out trucks and light output pictures? thanks.

I've seen a lot of guys with this set up the rigid bar or Chinese they look good cjc makes a nice mount

You can get the same size led bar for half that on eBay and make a bracket for ur truck. It would be an extremely simple and easy to make bracket.

I have a 34 inch light from eBay and it's bright and works great. Was 199 shipped to Canada. Took 3 days to get here and 30 min to install making my own bracket

If you dont use your tow hooks remove them and fit a larger one in there seen a nice red one that did that on my local craigslist.

40 inch will fit a 4th gen bumper if you pull the tow hooks

When I measured with my tow hooks in it looked like a 28 would be about as big as I would go, I don't think you'd gain enough room to get a 40 in there just by taking the hooks out

Dang I was hoping there would be! was looking at a 40" double row flood/spot bar for it but owell.
Not to get off topic but anyone know a good place to buy a new set of hooks from besides a scrap yard?
Since my tow hooks are MIA.. previous owner took them off and didnt put them back on.:banghead:

Here's the usual eBay stockers, be careful of the aftermarket ones as lots of the ones I've seen are for show only and aren't supposed to be used :banghead:

I am not sure about those other vendors however Rigid can add pretty much any combination of light "throw" to any of its products. i.e. 40 inch bar with 20 inches of center spots and 10 on either side with floods.

Honestly those hooks suck I've used them Maybe 2 Times. They suck to get ropes through and only straps work. When I need to tow someone yank on someone etc I always use my hitch. I would rather pull something in Drive than reverse. Yes I know reverse usually has a lower ratio.

Either get a 30 and put between hooks or get a basic light bar and mount the led bar to it.

Yes they suck. But when ur forced to pull from the front they are all we have. And they are string as fu;:k
