2wd sway bar end links?

So I ordered some new end links for my front sway bar, and I got all the bushings and stuff that look right, but instead of the double threaded rod like OEM, it is a super long bolt with a big sleeve..

Does this seem right or???

If you can just use a long bolt, why did they put the double threaded thing in there?

Its dodge so only God knows probably easier for assembly lines
