Try LMC Truck they sell original dashes and other stuff.

There is a thread here somewhere with a replacement dash that is not supposed to crack.

I have the website written down some place, I will try and find it, they have only the 98 and up dashes at the moment, but are producing 94 to 97 dashes and should have them in stock the coming weeks.
