here is my dilemma. i would like to get a set of alcoa mini-floats and have two different tire options. 255/70/22.5 is the normal that most people get. they also have a 275/80/22.5. i know the 255's are 36 inches tall and the 275's are 40 inches tall. will the 275's work with a lift or will they be rubbing the control arms no matter what?

I'm pretty sure those wheels are going to have too much backspacing to run the 275s. They'll probably rub the control arms no matter how much lift you have.

what size wheel are you using? 22.5 inch wheel makes a big difference
