Not really! Maybe the axles width. The ring and pinion are the same as well as the tube size.

I'm pretty sure that the rear overload springs make the difference going from 3/4 ton to 1 ton.

Correct me if I'm wrong...it won't be the first time.

Nope, they both run the AAM 11.5. I thing the rear springs is the only difference.
