I have a 99 auto with a 241 dld that just split the front half of the case.
Money is tight so im just going to swap in another dld. I found one from a 98 v10 auto truck, will everything else swap easily? i know the input splines are the same.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if this will be helpful or not, but I have a 241dhd from a v8 gasser mated to my trans. Everything bolted right up.

well thanks for the help guys, i got it done today. The tag said it was from a 94 but it was in a 98 truck so the shift pattern is backwards, not a big deal. I also had to cut down the input on the case because it was too long. It was easier to cut it down than swap the input from my old case. Other than that it went together pretty well. Ill proboblly get a shifter from an older truck or just change out the little plastic piece with the pattern on it so i dont forget.

take a picture of the linkage, might be able to invert it to work correctly.....

You will have to makes sure the input gear splines and length matches what you had before going from the TC to the trani.
