24 valve head
has any one swapped a 24 valve head on to a ve pump engine?
i know that they flow better, and that i would need custom injection lines. just wondering if any one has. i should have a 24v here soon, but the crank is bent . . .

the piston bowls are different between 12 and 24v. You still only use 12 push rods not 24 so you would have extra valves

they flow better than the 12v heads.
i was thinking about switching pistons as well.

i have been thinking about using a 24v head on a p pump engine for my 79 ford. i figured as long as i changed the pistons it would be no problem. the 24valves use a rotary pump so it may not be too hard to get the right fittings on the fuel lines to hook to the ve. :confused013:
