What are safe tire pressures for the front and rear 22.5's?
115 psi seems a bit harsh for a lite truck (3500 4X4)

The 22.5s are A taper bead tires like My 19.5s, 70 lbs or higher and Your in good shape.

No, you don't want to run 115psi with these tires on a 1 ton truck. It will ride like a log wagon. I run 60psi in the fronts and 40psi in the rears. It makes the ride smooth. It will still ride a little stiffer than stock because of the 16ply tires, but with the lower air pressures, it won't bounce around.

I've had the 19.5s aired up to over a 100 psi for 6 years with no problems. They may ride like wagon wheels but I get the best mileage that way.
