Good luck with the sale. The Fredericksburg area is one of my more favorite historical areas in Texas. I have spent the past 25 or so Thanksgivings there. Not sure how many times my grandpa took me to the Nimitz museum and there is a Smoke house coming into twon that he loved their Blood Sausage. Beautiful country side

That place is a huge tourist attraction on the weekends now. Trying to drive through there on a Saturday can be crazy sometimes with all the pedestrians. Been to the Nimitz a time or two myself. Ive never tried to get any blood sausage from Fredericksburg, but we have a local guy in Llano who makes a little bit every year thats pretty good.

PM me what you would pay to lease it. We have never leased any property for cattle before. We currently have goats on it. We may also split it in half and sell it as 2 100 acre sections for the right price if need be.

Great area. I've done a couple of jobs down that road. Some of the nicest land in Gillespie county. Just watch out for a douche in a white/black 2nd Gen.

yea was there wed morning. didnt have a gauge to go by but going by what i saw and heard at the sale it was about an 1 to 1.5.. It soaked in pretty good..no water standing tho
