after this last icepocolypse, I had a chance to test out the kanati armor hog atx 37's in some wintry mix. main thing that stood out was the road conditions feedback and really good traction with exception to straight ice situations.

so far wearing very well. I'm due for a rotation. tires balance out perfectly.

Come on up to the north part of the country where snow, ice and cold wind are here for months. Then you can really try them out. 😀

exactly. I haven't been on my usual rockies trips over the winter, but will make it at least once before the snow is over up there. I was running toyo atIII's before these, and the toyos rocked in the heavy stuff. hoping these do as well.

Well, the Def and fuel look full, you don't have your seat belt fastened and it's a warm 77 degrees....
Well done, it looks really great . What wall paper will you go with?

ya know, I haven't messed with that setting. I need to go look. that's the alfaobd options you're referring to, right?

I need to buy the bigger cluster one of these days
frank has a few left!

Although i think there are different startup screens you can change using AlfaOBD, and there could be "lcoked" ones you might be able to unlock using alfa

$900. I used oem solutions... infotainment charges $1700 I think.

I believe you could maybe do it a few hundred cheaper by getting one direct from the junk yard and using alfaobd to adjust the mileage. idle / drive hrs cannot be updated, currently with alfa.

Just looked them up, so they program everything for you?
It’s just plug and play?

yup. frank will estimate the idle / drive hrs and you provide the mileage you want set. I added a few too many miles, so used alfa to adjust.

otherwise, yes plug and play. it's pretty easy. there's good videos on how to swap it. basically pull the center stack, pull two pieces of cover trim, pull the bezel and gap cover over the steering wheel. swap the cluster, then reverse.
