Hello all, I am new to the form as I thought being part of a group to answer or learn new things from people that actually have experienced issues could be very beneficial. I have a 2016, 6.7 - 3500. Truck has a full deletion and had the head gasket changed out with the bigger better studs applied. Pulled a 5th wheel all summer with no issues. Winter is near and after travelling 1800 km getting to our destination we parked. The next morning I noticed antifreeze under the front passenger side, lifted the hood and could see some antifreeze on the fender well bottom side of the passenger side. Temp out side was -10 c overnight. Started the truck up and went for a drive and everything runs great. Parked again and looked under neath about an hour later and I see no signs of antifreeze. Any thoughts as to what the issue could be? Possibly the cold? It seems weird to me?

Did you check the antifreeze level and see if it was low? Is the egr cooler been removed? Its common for the delete fitting o ring to leak

Few possibilities.

Could be puking out of the overflow. Should be signs of that on the tank if so.

Could be the EGR cooler if that hasn’t been removed from the engine post delete.

Could be the EGR delete coolant hose re-route fitting on the passenger side if the cooler has been removed. There is typically an o-ring on these, I’ve had one fail before.

Could be the water pump, but that typically is just a drip from the front of the motor not sprayed on the passenger inner fender.

Hope these help narrow the search.

I wanted again to say thanks for the trouble shooting and ideas to look closer at. Found the leak from your excellent descriptions.
