Agreed, that's where I would start... If that doesn't do it ditch the bully dog for a while and see how it does...Clogged fuel filters, possibly.
Any chance the torque converter clutch is staying locked up? Does the bullydog provide engine load (I don't know what the bullydog does)? Does it modify the transmission operation? When you say bogged down....as if it was a manual and you forgot to push in the clutch? If that is the case and you have a auto, then something else may be going on. Need some more information from you. If you could fill in your signature so we know what you have for one.
:agree2: we just need clarification on 'bogging down'.Good luck on that warranty being in place. But sounds like tc is staying locked up

What do you say Winston?:agree2: we just need clarification on 'bogging down'.
So this happen before your BD GT Tuner ?I've had this exact same issue. I thought it might be the torque converter locking up, but after getting a "can not replicate" from the BS dealer and three days with out my truck I haven't found the time to try and take it back. I take that back, I took it to the dealer while it was happening and they told me they didn't even have time for a tech( 1 on duty) to look at it, even though they knew it was an intermittent problem. I'm ditching this POS when Toyota comes out with a cummins in the crew max. Good luck. Would love to hear what you find out.
Is there an update on this? I'm still having this issue as I reported in a previous post here.I put a bullydog on the truck around 3500 miles.
Not always but sometimes I will stop at a light and truck will become loud like it bogged itself down and dies?
I have no ideas.
