hello yall., im Darryl.. i have a 2013 Ramwhich the tranny is over heating at various times,,, it isnt consistant so far and it doesnt skip like it is about to go out,, but it will roar when it gets to 208... so far it has not went over 219 that i have seen ,, corrective action so far,,, i had it flushed and also the radiator flushed i dont know if they did the tranny cooler or not i will have to talk to people who did it to find out,,, i have been looking at the parts list on Mopar to see if it has a thermostat like the engine and cant find it listed ,,, i saw another post here of a 2011 that has a type of thermostat in it ,,, so my question is does a 2013have one too and does anyone knows b4 i tear into this
This seems to be a fairly regular failure on here. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a recall on this at some point. Saw the same warning signs with water pumps failing on here.
