I drive a 2011 5500 cab and chassis that has the wrecker body on it with a self loader wheel lift. Recently I discovered that I have no right turn signal and sometimes no brake light but yet I have running lights on this side. When I do turn on my right blinker it turns my right blinker solid as if I’m applying the brake and it won’t sim back down until I kick on the left blinkers. Now today my left blinker barely blinks on the light bar up top as well as on the tow lights and the rear of the truck. Does anyone have any experience with this weird ass conundrum?

Im guessing that you have checked the bulbs and connections. Are some of the lights LED?

Yes I’ve checked the connections and yes the bulbs on the rear are LED

Sometimes LED bulbs cause problems with these older trucks that came stock with incandescent lights. I'm not sure how to check other than temporarily disconnecting the LED's and see if the turn indicator system works properly.
Does the truck have regular incandescent bulbs as well as the LED's?
My 2012 has the incandescent bulbs on the cab - but LED's on the aftermarket flat bed with lighted rack bar. The only problems I have had is the cab incandescent bulbs going bad and causing "fast" signaling - until I cleaned the receptacles and put new bulbs in.
