2010 2500cc wheel question

I have a 2010 cc 2500 short box. It currently has a 2 or 2.5 leveling kit. I'm currently running the ciepecks gunmetal 7s and with a35x12.50x20 tire. I'm looking to go 20x12 with a toyo AT and wanted to know if they will fit?
