We are working with a dealer on a 06 2500 5.9 4x4, QC, Big Horn Package, Certifed Pre owned, Warranty.

It has 21,000 miles on it...

My friend is trading in his 2005 F150 Lariat Super Cab, with 51,000, he owns it outright, and its loaded to the hilt.

We are offering the F150 and $12k cash to the dealer.. do you think that sounds like a fair offer?

I just traded my loaded 06 chevy 1500 2wd ($38,000 invested) 31K miles owned out right traded on truck in sig plus $13k. So $12k for a quad cab. I wouldn't give them a penny more. Good luck.
