Well I installed a rough country 5" lift and im having an issue. I have a Mag Hytec Dif cover up front and the bottom of the trac bar is hitting the top of the diff cover where it protrudes out! Anyone else have this issue!! It only hits on Big Bump!!

Yes. That is a common issue. It's normally only noticed when guys actually use their truck and cycle the suspension.. With your suspension setup you most likely going to need to remove it and put a stocker on.
There's not a big advantage on having one on the front anyways.

I also had to remove my truck's from MH cover because it was hitting the Thuren track bar

I had to take my front cover off to when I upgraded the suspension. I put a big slice in the top of mine with the track bar bracket
