I own a 2005 quad cab and my drivers side rear window and power locks will not work using the control panel from the rear door and also from my drivers door?Not sure what I should look for or what would be the culprit?any help would be much appreciated.Thanks.

It is in the wiring that runs from the cab into the door. I just did mine a week ago. For some reason it breaks the wires in the boot. I connected them and then put heat shrink on for extra protection.

It should be in the rear door. When you open the door there is a boot with wires running through it. There are 9 I believe. Mine had all 9 broken. Depending where it is broken will depend is it is obvious they are broken or not. Mine were broken toward the cab away from the door. I disconnected it from the main wiring harness by unclipping it where is goes into the door. Then i pulled the boot back and sodered the wires together. It is pretty easy but kinda a pain due to the lack of space. If you have any other questions feel free to PM me. Id be more than happy to answer the best I can. Good LUCK!!
