I've got a 2004.5 24 valve , I was stopped at a red light and noticed some white smoke coming from under the truck further investigation led me to the little breather hose for the crankcase, I've done a bit of research and can't seem to find a definitive answer, some say its fine, others say the motors gone, I haven't had any issue with the truck and it's got 312,000km, doesn't have any blowby through the oil cap but I'm wondering if something I can't see isnt happy, any advice or knowledge would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys

Some vapor/mist or what looks like smoke is normal. If it is heavy smoke with oil running out you got issues.
