2001 Dodge 5.9 Cummins, new lift pump ,new injectors , new throttle sensor and i"m fuel pump getting 18-22 psi and i still have no throttle power, truck will not go over 10, what am i missing could it be my MAP? Has clean K&N filter , with FASS pump and strait piped.
