I was driving back from California when I blew the gasket on the fuel filter. I had no clue as the truck ran fine up until it dumped all the fuel. Got the truck
towed home noticed the fuel filter leak. Replaced the fuel filter now she won't stay running. I primed the filter and the truck will turn over and start if I press the throttle as soon as I let off the throttle it
stalls instantly. With the throttle fully pressed I only get 1500 rpms and again as soon as I let go it stalls doesn't even try to idle. Is it possible I fried the injector pump. I drove a good 2 hours with this leak unaware at 70 mph

I've done the same.
oops.
You can ask for the moderator to move to the correct section.
There's too much good info here to give up already.

At the upper right hand corner of your post (or this one) you will see three dots.
That's a menu.
Click on it and there is an option "Report".
Write a nice message to the moderator and ask for this thread to be moved to the 2nd Gen 12V forum.
Worked for me.

Check the fuel shut off solenoid that attaches the the injection pump. I had the same issue replaced my fuel pump and no dice. Check the solenoid and then bleed the fuel lines and see if that helps out.
