To rehash the question? My 94 3500 4x4 is coming along, so far I have a 5" exhaust, BHAF, 16 degree timing, 10 fuel plate in the middle, AFC slid forward, stage 2 injectors, EGT, boost and Tranny temp guages, also a heavy duty 47RH just built. I bought Bosch 191's but have not yet installed them, will this be too much flow for a 160 pump? Im not wanting too high EGT's, any advice is always helpfull, Thanks Guys!

if you were looking for more power you should have waited on the 191s and just slid the plate forward. try it before you put them in and see what you think.

Ditto on the GSK, I already ordered the 3GSK. The truck has power until 2550 and thats it. If I feather the throttle lightly it takes off pretty fair then ease it into boost, stomp it from a dead start though and it takes off, hits a little boost and craps out, same if I shift it by hand or let the trans shift itself.

Hummmm looks like spend big bucks on a Turbo or trade these for some 181's The salesman I talked with told me the 191's are great for helping a 160HP pump and would go well with my Stage 2 Injectors, bet he would happy to sell me a nice turbo too! Right now when it does hit 80 MPH the Pyrometer says 800 with the pedal stuffed to the floor broad.

I did 3 degrees of timing and the rack plug at one time, so I don't know what made the bigger difference... All I know is, after I did it the truck spins 1st and 2nd if I hit it from a stop... The time I pulled before the plug and timing the motor reved to 3000rpms in 2nd gear and just stayed there, this time it was at 3800rpms in second gear and it pulled 50 feet farther... I need a converter really bad, but it's been terrible since I did the plug and timing... Oh, it's a big pain in the to do also, it took around 3 hours, but I was taking alot of beer and pee breaks...lol...
