Not a happy camper, two nights in a row truck has gelled up. In central iowa, overnight low was -2. Had truck full of fuel with whole bottle of power service mixed in the tank. Truck snapped out of it yesterday but is toast this morning. New fuel filter? Any help? Thanks.

That's kind if surprising, probably going to need a bottle of 911, and change both fuel filters. Figured they'd put enough additive in at the stations unless they don't have a big turnover rate of fuel? You just fuel up in Indianola?

Yep, fueled up last night. Sittin in Casey's parking lot since 7am. Put 911 in fuel filter can and it still won't stay running. Having it towed to my old man's shop where ican crank the heat up and hopefully thaw it out. Snow in the forecast tomorrow and need the truck to push snow.

You would have to put diesel 911 in the tank and filters. Because if the tank fuel is gelled it won't flow. Was it the *********** service jug? I've only had my fuel gel once, it was -16 without windchill. I was using xdp's winter additive. 1qt 911 cleared it up.

I had 1/2 gallon of white jug power service in a full 32 gallon of fuel. This morning I put 911 in tank and in fuel filter canister. Won't stay running still

Get out of town..... it was -46*f this morning here in ND. My 12 fired right over after sitting all night. I think you have some fuel problems or some water in your fuel bowl that froze. Something. Even at -27 and my truck not being plugged in and a grid heater delete, it fired over. It was cranky but it started.

not near as cold here in ohio as what you experiencing, but I have used Howe's Diesel Treat for years and have never once had an issue.. diesel power service is good but try this with your next fill up. Runs roughly $20 at autozone or any major truck stop should have it. Good luck to ya bud!
