First check to be sure the fuel solenoid has lifted.
Is there fuel in the filter?
I'm assuming the motor is spinning over with the starter.

The WTS light is simply heating the grids, to allow warm air to aid cold starts.

Now when you tried to start the truck what was it, what I mean is was it the first start, was it in the morning, did you change anything and then try starting it?

another thing you can check is the gear nut on the front of the pump. to check this pull the oil fil neck off and watch nut while a friend rolls the engine over. if the nut does not spin thats your problem. this jus means your pump is not turning
