Anyone know if a 12v crank will work in a 24v motor?

It won't have the tone wheel required for some 24 valvers with the Crankshaft Position Sensor.
I thought I read where the 24 valve had some improvements on Dave Fritz's Dodgeram site but I didn't see any tonight..

Yeah it'll work, but as mentioned there's no tone wheel. I do believe an aftermarket manufacturer makes a tone wheel that mounts to the dampener. Honestly I find 24v cranks cheaper here....too many guys grenading their 12vs
