hey im new to dodges i have been into duramax's since they first came out and i really want to lift my dodge atleast 12 inch's were can i find a 12 inch lift for my truck is a 2008 2500 6.7 with a 6 speed manual.
I'd stay away from full throttle or whiplash, bad performing stuff, lots of bump steer, very sloppy. check out Pure performance or call Nick at Nor-cal trucks he does internet orders as well norcaltrucks.com 925-447-7800 Tell him liftman sent ya.
Thanks guys changed my mind in gonna stick with a 6 inch kit and mabe some 2 inch spacer's.
i wanna run 38-15.50-20 mud grapplers
or 40-15.50-22 toyo's..
I'd go with the 6" kit. Slap some 37" Toyos on that bad boy with some 20 or 22" wheels and you'll be playing hard:thumbsup I'd shy away from the 6" kit then adding 2" spacers. Thats what I'm running and it looks great, but the ride quality is horrible, unless you just buy an 8" Rize kit. Hope this helps, keep us posted
LEMME CHECK FROM MY BUDDY FRANK AND SHAW..they make F.T.S in Fresno and Clovis California.let see whats the highest you can go..let you know by the next week or so
I wouldnt go with a kit that big, unless it was custom made for your truck. I think you will be a lot happier to drive it around if it is a 6 or 8" kit. Just my opinion, but I have owned a few trucks with big lifts, and they are he!! to drive around all of the time!! Hope you get it figured out bud!!:thumbsup
they dont have as much travel as the KORE and thruen and the other race suspensions, but the spirson kit is very adjustabel to your application..if i had a 3rd gen it would already have the 6 or 8
lif ton it:thumbsup
If ya wanna go big I would do the Spirson 8" like everyone is sayin, or the Pure Performance 8" with coilovers all around. If your not lookin to spend all that money on a lift, then the Rize system is also very nice.
5.5 kore coils and matching rear springs
2.5" spacer
thuren track bar and radius arms, steering, and shocks
trac bar drop brackets and drop pitman, braklines and other small items from topguncustomz
maybe Rize steering, and lastlyopcorn:opcorn:opcorn:......................
