alright so last weekend i rotated my tires and now im having a vibration only from a dead stop right at immediate acceleration and then it quickly goes away. im assuming my carrier bearing is going bad. iv been looking on here and saw that some ppl have been getting factory 1 piece aluminium drivelines from the dealership. i have a 4 door longbed with an 8" lift is that driveline going to work? because i would much rather get rid of that two piece and all the extra junk.. thanks...

your right that is more than likely the carrier bearing.
iirc - the guy that had that didnt have a lift, and i
doubt it would work with an 8 inch lift simply due to
it not being long enough. maybe it would though.

did you use a carrier bearing drop bracket when you
put the lift on ? just curious.

yea i have a drop bracket....it just makes me curious as to why it was fine before i rotated my tires... i wonder how hard it is for a driveline shop to lengthen an alum. driveline
