Most likely the sender is not reading correctly. Very common.
We have not had any issues with the DSV.
Dave
I have a draw straw V and was hoping this would eliminate the possibility of 1/4 tank problems.
I thought i read somewhere that having the return lines shoot into the canister was a bad thing (which of course i did)
Any other ideas why i would have 1/4 tank issues?
Yes i amYour signature says that you are using an AirDog 150, are you returning both the factory return and AirDog return to the basket?
No running both return lines would be the correct way to do it. This prevents the AirDog from leaving the basket dry. As Loco Offroad said fuel frothing could be a concern, but it certainly sounds like your sender is inaccurate.would haveing both return lines be the problem?
Have you ruled out the sending unit? How much fuel (gal) does it take to fill up when you are "empty" (i.e., 1/4 tank)?john5mt said:...Any other ideas why i would have 1/4 tank issues?
